The cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery address. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
2. Processing Time
Once we receive your order, we will begin processing it within 1-3 business days. This includes verifying payment, preparing the items for shipment, and packaging them securely. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be slightly delayed during peak shopping seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas, or New Year, due to high order volumes. However, we strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.
3. Delivery Timeframes
The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on the shipping method you choose and your location. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.
- UK Orders: For standard shipping, delivery is usually within 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping typically arrives within 2-4 business days. Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM.
- International Orders: Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination. Standard international shipping generally takes between 10-15 business days, while expedited options usually arrive within 5-7 business days.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the courier’s website. This helps you stay informed about your order’s status, including estimated delivery times.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update once the order has been shipped.
5. Shipping Restrictions
